This class is for YOU!
Spend 60 mins with other incredible women outdoors! It's the perfect atmosphere for your best sweat!
The first 30 minutes we will focus on cardio. Building your stamina, endurance and distance & before you know it you'll be completing 2, 3, 4 and 5km!
The remaining 30 minutes will focus on strength training. Modifications are offered throughout to meet you where you're at and to challenge you.
WHAT TO BRING - yoga mat, water, hand weights (3, 5 or 8lbs) and something to hold your car keys while we run (ex: Fanny pack - yes they're in style!). I would encourage you to bring music as well. I play music on our walk/run but with everyone at a different pace (which is incredible) you may not always be within earshot of my music.

Enter through Storybook Gardens Main Entrance (Commissioners & North St). Drive through the stop sign and down the slight hill. Use the parking lot on the left. Washrooms are now open there!
