The Stroller Bootcamp class WILL run rain or shine. Be sure to pick up a rain cover and keep it in your trunk.

Group Fitness also runs rain or shine. If raining we will seek shelter under a pavilion.

Any thunder, lightening, storm, severe snow, ice or extreme temperatures and class will be cancelled. You will be notified via text from your instructor at least an hour before class if we need to cancel. Make up classes will be provided.

Once a session has started a refund will not be granted.

If a refund has been requested before a session has started a $20 administration fee will be applied.

If you need to miss a class you can make up this by attending another similar class within the SAME session.

Unused classes will not be carried over to future sessions. 

If you have traveled outside of the country in the last two weeks you will not be allowed to attend any classes. See refund policy.
Daily screening for covid symptoms is requested.
There is to be no physical contact between participants or instructors while remaining 6 feet apart.
We do not encourage wearing a mask while participating in exercise. 

A session can be cancelled if a minimum number of participants has not been reached.

No. You can simply just sign up for the classes. Offering the doTERRA account is a Thank You gift to all members of OILED & FIT. I couldn't imagine my life without dōTERRA products especially during my workout and creating products for my children and so it feels natural for me to share it with you.

For mamas who have just had a baby we STRONGLY recommended you see a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. The more you learn about your body the more you'll get out of these workouts. Knowledge is power and it is SO important that you take care of you.

Release of Liability Agreement - I agree to waive any and all claims that I may have in the future against OILED & FIT. I agree to release OILED & FIT of all liability for any personal injury, death, property damage, expense and related loss, including loss of income that I or my next of kin may suffer as a result of my participation in this activity. I also acknowledge my Assumption of Risk. By enrolling in a class I will waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. 

Pictures will be taken at every class. They are used to advertise and promote OILED & FIT's classes and upcoming events. If you do not wish to be photographed, no problem at all! Just let Cas know.
