Thats right! I will come to YOU! I will provide the equipment and the program... all you need is enough space for a yoga mat! Unsure if you have a space that will work? We can chat about this when you inquire.

Reduce risk of injury by ensuring your form and techniques are perfect. We will build a solid foundation and then continue to create compound movements adding it all together.

5 (60 min) sessions: $300

10 (60 min) sessions: $600

Each session will be a complete FULL body workout. Resistance Training incorporating Upper & Lower Body, Core and Cardio.

Individual

$60 / hr

1 woman

Packages available:

10 (45 min) sessions: $450

15 (45 min) sessions: $675

10 (60 min) sessions: $600

15 (60 min) sessions: $900

Individualized workouts created to reach YOUR goals. Custom workout program also provided for you biweekly to guide you between sessions.
