Becoming a mother is the most INCREDIBLE gift but its also one of the most isolating things you can do. How ironic right? You've created another human and now you feel lonely. I'm a mother of 3 and I completely understand how you're feeling. Getting outside with your babe is so important for you both and for you Mama, it's essential for your physical & mental health. I believe mothers should be surrounded by mothers, it's vital. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone, so let's do this together.

What Happens at your class?

Classes are 60 mins in length outside with babe in stroller. We will make our way around the park walking, light jogging with also the option to run. We will stop throughout the class on an average of 4 times to complete different circuits such as lower body, upper body as well as core. These are full body workouts and you're going to love them! 

What Do You Bring?

Water, yoga mat and hand weights (3lbs - 5lbs are perfect!) 

& anything else babe may need!

How Long Is A Session? Cost?

During April , May, June, September and October I offer sessions. Each session is 2 mornings per week for 4  weeks. Cost - $96+hst (4 weeks, 8 classes) Each session will run monthly!
Note: The odd month may be 5 weeks long (adding 2 classes to that month)

In July and August I run as DROP IN ONLY. Each Class is $12 and you simply purchase the classes you'd like to attend. 

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy 

It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to make an appointment with a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist before your session. We want you to get the best workout ever while being safe. Learning more about your body during pregnancy and after baby arrives is one of the best things you can do and I guarantee you will get more out of your workouts! Modifications are always offered but to have a true personal experience we encourage you to have this appointment. Angela Growse PT was who I went too when I had my babies! Did You Miss A Class? 

No Worries! Postnatal life is busy and unpredictable sometimes. To make up your class simply pop into another class in the SAME SESSION. Unused classes can ONLY be carried into the following session if you have registered for the following session.

Running 5 mins late? No big deal! At the beginning of every session I'll ensure you have my cell # so we can stay connected and I can let you know where our first stop will be!

Are there classes on Fridays? 

YES!!! 

Stroller Fitness is offered on Fridays at 9:30am only. You can use this class to make up a missed class or drop in for an additional sweat at 50% off!! Simply bring $6 cash to class with you or send an e-transfer to [email protected]

SPRING FLEX PASS 

(April 7 - June 26th)

10 classes - $160
15 classes - $240

Use these classes whenever you'd like during April, May and June. (see above dates).  Its that simple... pop in when it works for you!

If you could shoot me a text ahead of time with the day you're coming that would be great just so I can keep an eye out for you. Its not necessary tho, you can always just show up! It'll be a GREAT surprise!

Please also note all unused Flex Pass classes will expire after June 26th. There is no option of refund or transferring them to another participant.
