Fruit Salsa
2 mangos 1 pint strawberries 1 pint raspberries 2 limes juiced 2 avocados Handful of Cilantro Hand full of red onion
Chop it all up and mix together. If you love something add a little more, if you don't love somethings add a little less. If you love lime, add the zest!
Chia Seed Pudding
1 400mL can coconut milk 1/4 cup & 2 tsp chia seeds 2 tbs pure maple syrup 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in dish, swirl around so chia seeds don't clump. Cover and place in fridge. leave for 3 hours (but overnight is best!) When ready top with fruit. Raspberries are my favourite to add.

Perfect on chicken breast or even mixed with barley and even your salad.

Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
1 cup milk (any) 1/2 cup cottage cheese Handful of strawberries (frozen if not using ice) Ice 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder
PB & J Smoothie
1 cup milk (any) 1 tbs peanut butter (unsweetened) handful of strawberries (frozen if not using ice) Ice 2 handfuls of baby spinach 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder
Banana & Zucchini Muffins
2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 drop cinnamon oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 2-3 ripe bananas (tip: the more ripe your bananas are the less sugar you add!) 2 large zucchini's shredded and drained
Combine wet ingredient together. Combine dry ingredients together. Then combine everything together. 22-24 min at 350.
